Returns Policy

All items are cut to order. Cancellation and refunds for orders will only be accepted within 72 hours of placing the order and prior to cutting the order. All cancellations are subject to a  15% administration fee. 

This does not include our error. If we make an error - you may choose a re cut or a refund. 

If you need to replace an item, due to damage of defect please Contact Us within 48 hours of receiving your order with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how we will replace that item from your order.

We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the replacement is as a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).


We are currently only shipping across Canada. 

When you place an order, we will design and cut your order. We use Canada Post for all deliveries. You will receive a tracking number for your order. 

We have flat rate shipping of $28 for all orders under $300 and free for all orders over $300. 

The website automatically applies discounts. Please only use combine with my other order if you have another order that either qualifies for free shipping or you have paid shipping. If there is a combination of orders by the same person that totals over $300. I will make the refund when we ship the orders.
